Jeg er Forsker I ved NORCE Klima. I tillegg er jeg tilknyttet Bjerknessenteret for klimaforskning.
Jeg forsker hovedsakelig på sesongvarsling, samt på effektene av klimaendringer og løsninger på utfordringer knyttet til klimarisiko. Jeg leder SFI-senteret Climate Futures, der vi forsker på klimarisiko og hvordan denne kan håndteres i næringslivet og offentlig sektor. I tillegg leder jeg EU-prosjektet CONFER. Dette er et tverrfaglig prosjekt hvor vi utvikler nye klimatjenester i samarbeid med ICPAC, det regionale senteret for klimainformasjon i Øst-Afrika.
