Arbeidsområde tilknyttet målevitenskap, usikkerhetsanalyser og allokering. Bakgrunn innen akustisk instrumentering og målemetoder, med spesielt fokus på ultralyd transduserteknologi, modellering og ikke-invasive/intrusive målemetoder. Dette inkluderer bruk av endelig element modellering av piezoelektriske transduserkontruksjoner, utvikling av modeller for bølgeutbredelse og vekselvirkning i lagdelte medier, signalprosessering, samt anvendelse av guided waves, refleksjon og transmisjonsmålinger. Har de seneste årene jobbet mye med tredjeparts usikkerhetsanalyser av fiskale målesystem og forplanting av usikkerhet gjennom allokeringssystemer.
