I have a bachelor's degree in European studies and a master's in Comparative Politics (both from the University of Bergen in 2016 and 2018, respectiely). In my Ph.D I analysed how different arguments and other factors affected regional administrative preferences towards the Norwegian Local and Regional Government Reforms.
More generally, my interests include institutional reform and innovation in the public sector, though also politics, administration and civil society at the local and regional levels. I work mainly quantitatively, and have specific competence in designing, collecting and analysing survey data in Stata and R. However, I also have qualitative research competences through my thesis work and other projects.
