My main role in NORCE is as Web Editor for norceresearch.no.
Further, my central tasks are managing the NORCE digital photo archive, developing internal communication channels, and crisis communication, and organising NORCE's events at Arendalsuka.
In addition, I advise on communication issues to the Administration and Divisions in NORCE. My main focus is on the Health and Social Sciences.
Further, I contribute to the communications department's ongoing content production by writing text, shooting photos and making films. I also have contact with the media.
I am particularly passionate about visual communication, which has also become an increasingly important part of all communication.
Previously I have worked a lot with scientific publications and I have been involved in building up and managing two of the leading international music therapy journals, the "Nordic Journal of Music Therapy" and the "Voices".
My education in the History of Ideas trained me to look for the bigger picture. This way of thinking has followed me in my communication work, where I always try to see individual stories and individual research projects as part of a larger context.
