Nadja Sophia B. Kühn holds an MA degree in political science (2014) and a Ph.D. in public administration (2020) from the University of Agder. She has previously worked as a county council administrative advisor and as an assistant professor at the University of Agder. Her research interests include public administration and governance, multilevel administration, European integration, international public administration, decision-making behaviour as well as institutional - and organizational studies. Her research has been published in journals such as the Journal of European Public Policy (JEPP) and Public Administration Review (PAR).
